You choose the concept, film it, edit it and post it yourself. Before filming, read the More Than Collagen guide in your private Discord channel or Creator Portal.
There are 2 ways to complete your 10 videos.
Your monthly retainer is flexible. The only thing that matters is reaching 10 approved videos by the end of the calendar month.
Requested videos
A strategist sends you a brief in your private channel. You film the raw footage, they review it, then it goes to editing after approval.
How a requested video moves.
Every stage has a clear owner, deadline and outcome.
Brief arrivesA strategist sends the idea, inspiration and direction. Sometimes they will also share suggested wording or a script.
You filmSend the raw footage within 5 days, unless another deadline is agreed in the channel.
ReviewThe strategist approves it or gives precise feedback. Most feedback is a small adjustment, not a full re-shoot.
ApprovedThe video goes to editing. It now counts as 1 of your 10 monthly videos.
Your 10 can be any mix.
Requested videos replace solo videos one for one. You do not need to make both types in equal numbers.

More than 10 videos? If Balmve requests another video after you have completed your 10 for the month, it is paid separately at your normal per-video rate. Your rate is your monthly retainer divided by 10.

Where is the More Than Collagen guide?
It is available in your private Discord channel and in your Creator Portal. If you cannot find it, ask your point of contact in your private channel.
What happens if a strategist asks for changes?
You will receive clear, specific feedback. This is usually a small change to wording, lighting, background, delivery or one shot. Re-film only the part that needs changing, unless the strategist explains that a full re-shoot is needed.
When does a requested video count toward my monthly total?
When the strategist approves your raw footage and sends it to editing. The approval is the moment it becomes one of your 10 videos.
What if I need an answer about a brief?
Ask in your private Discord channel and tag your point of contact. Keeping questions there means the strategist can see the brief and give you the right answer quickly.
