Your monthly retainer is flexible. The only thing that matters is reaching 10 approved videos by the end of the calendar month.

A strategist sends you a brief in your private channel. You film the raw footage, they review it, then it goes to editing after approval.
Every stage has a clear owner, deadline and outcome.
Requested videos replace solo videos one for one. You do not need to make both types in equal numbers.

10 requested videos and no solo videos.
2 requested videos and 8 solo videos.
10 solo videos and no requested videos.
More than 10 videos? If Balmve requests another video after you have completed your 10 for the month, it is paid separately at your normal per-video rate. Your rate is your monthly retainer divided by 10.
It is available in your private Discord channel and in your Creator Portal. If you cannot find it, ask your point of contact in your private channel.
You will receive clear, specific feedback. This is usually a small change to wording, lighting, background, delivery or one shot. Re-film only the part that needs changing, unless the strategist explains that a full re-shoot is needed.
When the strategist approves your raw footage and sends it to editing. The approval is the moment it becomes one of your 10 videos.
Ask in your private Discord channel and tag your point of contact. Keeping questions there means the strategist can see the brief and give you the right answer quickly.
